Hi!
Today we had a meeting with one of our boss, basically the programme was Coffee with Boss!
and in this programme our boss told us that if there is any idea to share for growth of the company, you can share. He first told us that there should be no topic of salary, transport etc. the topic will be discussed only the points for the growth of the company .
And later he told us that some traditional programme may close within a period of time i.e. the process will be soon automated so there may be some layoff. So for that we have to upgrade our-self according to the process and the time requirement as the time is rapidly changing digital and we have to upgrade ours-self according to that.
Later he suggested us that we have to nominate our-self for the training programme which is company is running through the training department.
Later we discussed that what kind of process requirement are running in the market. I think he was sure that the people are working with traditional process may loose the job and if the such situation comes we have to prepare our-self.
Then we had a Coffee with biscuits and chips, and the meeting is over.
This was our today's schedule.
I will try continuously to share my daily routine or schedule.
